i am a multi- and inter- disciplinary maker. recently, my work has focused on the intersections of queerness, grief, mourning, and capitalism. i primarily work with video, collage, and text. currently, i’m working on a video project DANDELION, which interrogates state-sponsored suppression of alternative desire; a text-based postcard project POSTCARDS TO/FROM THE DIRT, which is interested in the concept of borders, particularly between the living and dead ("what counts as a livable life and a grievable death?" -judith butler) and the rituals of mourning and grief; and a collage project AGENDA, which is concerned with status of queer civic engagement. i am also (always, intermittently, sometimes) working on a collection of poetry.
my creative and critical work has recently appeared in the american literary review, boston review, diagram, foundry, prelude, and vinyl.
